Lao Hio Man (Mana), founder of Manazine Design. From 2016 to 2018, was awarded the "Cultural Art Learning Program" Scholarship from the Instituto Cultural de Macau, and graduated from Queensland University of Technology in 2018 with the bachelor of creative industries, major in interactive and visual design. During university, was invited to join the Golden Key International Student Society (Membership into Golden Key is offered to graduate students recognized to be among the top 15% of their class by GPA). Lao has always been passionate about painting and design, and love to integrate the eastern and western cultural elements within her creation and art in order to disseminate the idea of co-integration to the masses. After graduation, Lao engages in art creation and graphic design work. Since 2011, she has participated in many local and international art joint exhibitions and competitions, including those exhibitions located at Macau, Australia, Shanghai, etc. In 2019, three illustration artworks had been selected to join the Asia Illustration Fair in Shanghai Powerlong Museum; in the same year, she also won the 1st Prize of “Macao Correctional Services Bureau Mobile Stickers Design Competition” and the finalist Prize of the “Celebration of Macau Return to China 20Th Anniversary- Esporão Red Wine Label Design Competition”.
