I did this work at the onset of the COVID-19 outbreak. During the pandemic period, the once simple thing of going out for fresh air has become rather difficult to do today. In the new normal that we must accept and adapt to, we may confront our uneasiness in different ways and maintain our peace of mind in adversity without being disturbed by the gloom.
